MySolid 3.2.6

MySolid allows for real-time reception of information about alarms in facilities and enables fast transmission of information to the Monitoring Station regarding alarm reports, as well as canceling false alarms without the need to make a phone call.

Selected features of the application:

1. Alarm notification: Each Solid Security client using the MySolid application is promptly informed of an alarm being triggered at any facility on their list of protected locations.
2. Alarm reporting: The MySolid application allows for reporting an alarm for any facility, from anywhere, at any time, without the need to make a phone call, wait for a connection, or speak with an operator.
3. Alarm cancellation: In case of no threat, it is easy to cancel an alarm to avoid intervention, a false alarm, and additional costs.
4. Delayed alarm reporting (Amber alarm): By using MySolid, one can protect themselves from a threatening situation by setting a delayed alarm. If a stranger knocks on the door and there is a danger that it might be a robbery, the user can activate the delayed Amber alarm. If a robbery occurs after the set time, the alarm will be sent automatically, even if the person is incapacitated. However, if nothing happens, the user can stop the countdown and no alert will be sent to the Intervention Group.
5. PIN code: Both reporting and canceling alarms can be additionally secured with a PIN code.
6. Device authorization: Prior registration of the service with Solid Security is necessary to use the application.
7. List of facilities: The MySolid application allows for browsing through the list of facilities belonging to the client and under the protection of Solid Security on their own phone.
